What utilities are included?
Here at ULofts Apartments, all utilities are included with your rent and there are NO caps. You will pay your monthly rent and that will include: cable with HBO, electric, water, sewage, internet, trash and access to all amenities. That’s ONE bill…for everything!
What furniture is included in the apartment?
Our apartments come fully furnished. In the living room, you will have a leather couch, coffee table, end tables, lamp, chair, TV stand and bar stools. In your bedroom there is a desk and chair, dresser, nightstand, and a queen-size bed. Appliances include a stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, washer and dryer.
How close to campus is the property?
ULofts Apartments is located directly across the street from Texas Tech University.
What amenities does ULofts Apartments offer?
We have many resort-style amenities here at ULofts. We have a gaming area with billards, foosball, shuffleboard and poker tables, a state-of-the-art movie theater, high-energy fitness center, two sparkling swimming pools, outdoor grilling areas, a convenient computer center and a tanning booth.
